Swatch only appears on one shop screen and is the full-screen shopkeeper(not counting overworld shops, such as the Addisons) with the least amount of sprites. They also lack a overworld sprite before you enter their shop, and has no appearance outside of their shop until they are recruited in Castle Town at the end of Chapter 2.
